Havingness: Your ability to Have

Leave a comment Standard

Your ability to have – let’s talk about it.

When I look at havingness, I see a direct link between raising your personal energy level and how much you can have in life. And I am not just talking about your havingness for safety or money, but your ability to have joy, to have great sex, to have love, to have a voice, to have a vision, to have a connection with your higher-self. When I heal my memories of the past, I free up my personal energy and therefore I raise my havingness. I can have a little bit more.

When you raise your havingness you light up the people around you. You are having more than you did before and maybe others were not able to do the same. This does two things: it either inspires people or it causes envy. None of which you are responsible for, but when you feel and see this, how will you react?

So you want to be able to have more in your life, right? Start taking a look at your memories. It may not be an easy or fun task, but if you can recall difficult memories where there is a lot of resistance or the energy is more dense and are able to heal from these memories, then you can raise your overall energy. That of course means raising your havingness. Now the big question is how do you heal from your memories? Two things I recommend when looking into past memories: 1) Neutrality. When you see a memory it will probably trigger you in some way. Check in with yourself and drop the negative emotions you are experiencing and let the judgments go. By doing this you are letting go of your resistance. This takes practice. 2) Forgiveness. It is the quickest way to clear karma and negative energy. If you look at forgiveness as a color – its gold. There are two options here. You can imagine the top of your head (crown chakra) glowing gold (forgiveness) or you can visualize lightly running forgiveness (gold color) through the memory to release the resistance and denser energies.

Your body runs best on your own energy. The more of your own energy you have available to you, the more you can CREATE in your life. You can have more. And again this doesn’t necessarily have to mean money and physical objects. It could just mean having better health or having a wonderful romantic relationship.

What level is your havingness at now? What is your full potential?

the Importance of Dreaming

Comments 2 Standard

I have the opportunity to speak to people from all around the world almost everyday. At some point in my conversations I always like to ask – what are your dreams? Some people will tell me what they are and others say they don’t have any dreams… I don’t buy it. I think we all have dreams, small or big, I think we all have them, but might not be aware of them. Some people think they don’t have dreams when they sleep. Well actually, you are most likely having numerous dreams throughout the night, but again, you may just not remember.

I have an obsession with dreams; day dreams, sleeping dreams and the dreams in which you pursue in your life. I think a lot of people may believe that day dreaming is just a natural phenomena that occurs, but has no use whatsoever. I disagree. Day Dreaming for me is a way in which I generate new ideas that aide in my creative process. What about sleeping dreams? What if you could wake up in your dreams and know you are dreaming, while in the dream? Some call this dream yoga and others may call this lucid dreaming. It is actually scientifically proven. Aside from having fun, some say lucid dreaming can be used to heal yourself and to work on new skills. I am still new to lucid dreaming so the fun part I fully understand, however, I have not had enough experiences to use lucid dreams for healing and personal growth. I kind of get it though… What if you were having a nightmare in your sleep and suddenly realized it was simply a bad dream you were having? Once you become aware, then you can change what is happening. You can end the nightmare. For those who experience recurring nightmares, this would be huge. You can apply this to regular life too. Perhaps you are unhappy, I mean very unhappy. Maybe it has to do with a certain aspect of your life. What if what you were doing had nothing to do with your truth? What if you were just living someone else’s expectation? After a while that could certainly start to feel like a nightmare. Now what if you start to realize that and start to make changes? What if you start to move in a new direction, a direction of authenticity? Perhaps now you are seeing the similarities with sleeping dreams & dreams  your pursue…

Some people say they don’t have dreams for this life. I disagree. It can be simple, small or a massive dream – but it is there, waiting for you to wake up to it. For some reason it seems we are led to believe that because we don’t remember our dreams (while asleep or for your life) then we just don’t have any. And sometimes for those that do have an awareness of the dream they want to pursue feel as though it isn’t a real possibility. I disagree.

I have been learning how to lucid dream for over two months now and it is not easy. I have been pursuing my dreams since I was about twenty-three. Again, it is not easy. I think they are important though. I think they are the reasons we are here. Dreams are highly desired experiences we crave. Your purpose? Well perhaps it has to do with the WHY you want to have these particular experiences? What will you learn from these experiences? How might you share your wisdom with the world?

Dream on.

Psychic School or Cult?

Leave a comment Standard

I know some people have thought it, because I certainly felt the energy over the years. As I have become more comfortable telling people that I went to a psychic school, I’m sure people think it is pretty strange and unusual. And to be honest, it is very different, but I learned more at the psychic school I went to the than the high school I went to.

If you are learning how to see mental image pictures, wave your hands around other people to “heal” them and “read” energy then you must be crazy dude. From an outside perspective, I get it. It’s weird and that is fine, because I am weird, but I love myself. I am okay with my weird.

This blog isn’t to try to prove being psychic is real. I think with anything in life, you have to follow your truth regardless how many people disapprove of it. What I got out of going to a psychic school was turning my abilities back on – such as feeling energy, hearing, seeing and knowing energy. I think people who are not into this could relate to feeling energy or feeling “vibes” but anything beyond that, I seem to lose people.

I focused on clairvoyance, the ability to see yourself, others and the world with clarity. Sounds terrible right? With clairvoyance you can start to see colors, symbols and mental image pictures. When I meditate, I work with colors and mental image pictures quite a lot. Because of clairvoyance I was able to discover so much about myself including who I am and what my dreams are. So there you have it, it must have been a cult… (lol)

I am confident about who I am, what my dreams are and the direction I am heading in my life. Don’t get me wrong, in no way am I perfect or have everything absolutely figured out, but how many people do you know who can answer those questions with certainty?

Being psychic isn’t about guessing the number you are thinking, predicting the future or any of that dumb shit you see on TV. It’s how you perceive energy. It is about your intuition. It is about your creativity. All the things that most traditional schools take a shit on.

Yes I am psychic; I can feel energy, hear energy, see energy and know energy. No… I was not in a cult. I went to a psychic school where I learned about myself in a way that most people will never. I learned to heal myself, respect myself and see my self worth. I am sensitive, creative and very intuitive. I love who I am and I love this crazy ass life I’m living.

New Jersey to Illinois | RV Life

Leave a comment Standard

Well, here we are in the outskirts of Chicago. I honestly did not think we would be back here anytime soon, but I am glad we are. Already we are finding leads for job opportunities with yoga, meditation and energy work. It can be scary diving into the unknown, but when the pieces start to come together you can’t help but smile.

We had a very long drive from New Jersey to Ohio. We came across a bridge that we could not cross and I missed two exits which set us back. When we arrived at our campground we were relieved, especially when we saw our site. It was a big spot and it looked easy to back into, unlike our previous campsite. A funny thing happened though, right when I was getting ready to back our camper up, it started raining. Not just regular rain, but a heavy down pour. I couldn’t see anything, so I had to wait until it passed to continue. We didn’t secure our belongings well enough in our office and a lot of stuff fell on the floor creating a mess. Luckily, nothing was damaged. We made it!

The campsite was very spacious. We really liked that, however, the water there was not very good. We eventually made our way into Cleveland to explore and to visit our friend Lila. We went to the lake first and then finally made our way to the Cleveland sign. If you are ever in Cleveland, go check it out because the view is awesome!

We were only in Ohio for two nights and then it was off to Illinois. The drive went well until we hit the outskirts of Chicago. Traffic was terrible. Google Maps routed us off a highway and which was bad idea because we were navigating narrow streets with a big RV in heavy traffic. Despite hitting a curb, my wife did a great job driving. It was super stressful, but we managed to avoid getting stuck or hitting a low bridge and made it back to the highway. Not trying to make that mistake again – haha.

I love travel, but towing a lot of weight and driving eight to twelve hours – you start to get burnt out. I think we will try to make our trips shorter in the future. But, here we are in the outskirts of Chicago. It feels weird being out here and not in the city. It’s a new experience. I can’t wait to setup classes, workshops, readings, etc. This is a new chapter for Souls Gone Wild… and we are ready!

City of Growth

Leave a comment Standard

Chicago is hands down my favorite city in the United States. I say United States simply because I have not traveled abroad yet (keyword: yet). Despite growing up near Philly, I only went into the city for concerts and sporting events, so when I moved to Chicago for art school, I experienced culture shock. The trains, busses, noise, scents, people, taxis, big buildings – they all were very much overwhelming to me. Even though it was a huge growth period for me, I fell in love with Chicago.

The city of Chicago will always be known as the city of growth to me. It is the first place I went without family or friends. It is where I learned to heal myself and gained a lot of clarity about my truth. I experienced many growth periods there and I am grateful for all of them.

I’m currently in a big growth period. My wife and I are about to leave New Jersey and head to the outskirts of Chicago. Knowing that we will be in the midwest very soon stimulates various experiences from my time there. I will never forget the time I ascended the subway and made my way to ground level, looking up at all the buildings. I felt incredibly alive. I met so many awesome people at Columbia College and later on at InVision. My experiences in Chicago have truly shaped the man I am today.

I miss the energy of Chicago. I miss the pace of life there. I miss the abundance of opportunity. I miss the sound of the trains and I miss walking out to the lake. Chicago will always hold a special place in my heart and I am excited to be see the city again very soon.

It is always interesting to return to a place you have been before. It is never quite the same because you know you have changed. I expect things will not feel the same way I did when I was last in Chicago. I do, however, anticipate more growth. I look forward to growing our brand and kicking ass. As much as I love this city, this visit is well, just a visit. When it starts to get cold, we will cary on into the unknown.

Starting Yoga

Leave a comment Standard

The first time I tried yoga was in college. I think I did it maybe one more time after and that was it. It just wasn’t really my thing. I did, however, get into meditation. I really enjoyed it and it seemed to come natural for me. Eventually I started teaching meditation and one of the places I taught a series at was a yoga studio. The owner was trying to get me to take a class and I just wasn’t having it. I already tried it and it just wasn’t for me.

Aside from the not feeling yoga the first time around, I’ve always had a strong resistance to it. If I was going to do something physical I preferred going for a run or throwing some gloves on and hitting a bag. Now that my wife is teaching yoga, I have seen how it has impacted her, not just physically, but her energy as well. I see a stronger woman, all around. Lately, she has been teaching me yoga and yesterday was the first day I felt strong. It felt good, but that is not how I was feeling the first few times she taught me. My body felt very uncomfortable and oddly enough I was getting really angry. Most of the time it would subside and I would feel more at peace at the end.

Aside from flexibility, strength and balance, I see yoga as a way of moving out pain and foreign energy to bring your own energy in to replace it. Essentially you are going deeper into your body. As I am getting more accustom to yoga I am able to use my clairvoyance with it. It will be interesting to see what chakras are impacted by certain poses that we do.

Starting yoga was not something I expected, but that seems to be a theme in my life as of lately. It’s nice to be able to not only surprise others, but surprise yourself. I just want to continue to become more healthy and to get better at being present.

Biggest Damn Growth Period

Leave a comment Standard

The beauty of living in a RV is that if plans change, which they often do, we can easily accommodate those changes. When we lived in one place, we could only focus on the area that we lived in. With our house on wheels, if we get an opportunity, we just hookup our truck to the fifth wheel and head out.

Well, our plans have changed. Originally, we were going to go to Massachusetts, however, Heather got a job as a yoga teacher in Illinois. Pretty awesome, right? I actually found a spiritual store not far from where she will be teaching where I might have the possibility of doing readings and energy work there. That’s what I did for a while when I lived in Wilmington, NC years ago.

We are still figuring things out as we go. It’s not always easy starting over, especially when you had something that was a success and let it go. I’m happy to be on the road though. I’m ready to teach more, have more adventures and share my experiences with others.

This is the biggest damn growth period I have been in. And well, it should be. I wouldn’t want to walk through life learning and growing less. If I want to have more, then growth is my best friend. I’m green as they come now. Living in a RV and teaching clairvoyance – it is rocking my world! Where once I was comfortable, I am no longer. I am bathing in the unknown.

My wife read some quote from online the other day and it said that the best things in life make you fat, drunk and pregnant. I actually had a few beers the other day and I was quickly reminded why I quit drinking. It took a full day for me to clear my head. I didn’t like it. Sex and food – I totally get those, haha! But, on a serious note, I think the best things in life are those that scare the shit out of us. I know what scares the shit out of me, but if I allow myself to push past the fear, I always feel so proud of myself and happy.

What makes you afraid? If you overcome the fear, what is on the other side?
